Join me for Sunrise Beach Yoga at 4th Ave N entrance on Jacksonville Beach every Saturday at 7am for a vinyasa yoga flow and sound bath! Movement, sound, and community all while the sun goes down, the perfect way to start the weekend.

Awaken with the sun and move with intention by the Jacksonville Beach Pier (4th Ave N Entrance). Join Christa on Saturdays at 7 AM for a grounding vinyasa flow designed to energize the body and center the mind—ending with a soothing sound bath during savasana as the ocean waves roll in.This class is open to all levels and is the perfect way to start your weekend with community, connection, and clarity.Where: Jacksonville Beach Pier (4th Ave N Entrance) - park in Jax Beach Pier parking lot, parking is free until 10 am and walk over the boardwalk on the right. You'll see me set up t o the left of the pier if you're facing the ocean. When: Saturdays · 7 AM Cost: $10 donation per class (not including Eventbrite fees). Includes: Vinyasa flow + Sound Bath during final rest Please bring: Yoga mat, Water, Layers for the breeze, Sunglasses, Bathing suit for a dip afterSecure your spot in advance!
